Kerrie Campbell, litigation partner and chair of the Manatt, Phelps & Phillips’ Consumer Product Safety Practice, has been named Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.

Campbell, litigation partner and chair of the firm’s Consumer Product Safety Practice, has been selected as Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. An induction ceremony will be held on October 25, 2012.
Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Washington, D.C.’s LCA Fellow delegation is limited to about 50 lawyers, judges and/or law professors. Fellows are selected based on excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
One of the leading reputation protection lawyers in America, Campbell has over 20 years of litigation experience, focused primarily on libel, commercial speech and First Amendment matters in both trial and appellate courts. She has successfully represented private and public figures in high-profile cases, including G. Gordon Liddy, Deepak Chopra, Mark Felt, Sr. (“Deep Throat”) and Lt. Colonel Martha McSally (the first woman to command a U.S. Air Force Fighter Squadron).
